Description of the house
Behind the main entrance of each villa on the middle floor is the living area. On its front side are the dining area and the open-plan kitchen.
In each living area there is satellite flat screen color TV, DVD and CD player, 2 air conditioning units and a fireplace. Firewood is available (except in high summer). From the living area 2 large glass doors lead to the spacious balcony.

On the middle floor there is also a double bedroom and a bathroom with tub or shower and washing machine. From the living area a staircase leads to the upper floor. There are two additional bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with two single beds. These two bedrooms have access to the upper balcony. Also located on the top floor is a bathroom with shower.

When occupied with more than 6 persons, the ground floor is used too. It is accessible via an outside staircase and provides its own complete living entity.

The ground floor has a separate living area with two air conditioners and a dining area with adjoining open-plan kitchen. One or two large glass doors open onto the terrace.

Furthermore, there is a third bathroom with bathtub and another bedroom on the ground floor, depending on the total number of guests taken into operation. All bedrooms have large closets and separate air conditioning units, which can be switched in and cool nights in winter heating mode.

The bathrooms include a hairdryer. Iron and ironing boards are also available. All balcony doors and windows have modern aluminium frames and double glazing and sliding shutters or blinds.

Villa Asteri offers until 200 m2 on three floors, has five bedrooms and three bathrooms. The house can accommodate up to 10 persons.

The furniture and lamps are selected very carefully and give the rooms a very comfortable style.
