Villa Erofili is situated on the north coast of Crete, which is also called the pearl of the Mediterranean, in the quiet village of Asteri, located in an olive grove near the town of Rethymnon and even closer to the long sandy beaches of Stavromenos and Sfakaki.
The house is built on a gentle slope, surrounded by tranquil olive groves, and it offers a magnificent view of the sea and the mountains.
Description of the house
The villa is built in Cretan style and tastefully decorated. The fantastic location with panoramic views of mountains, sea and olive groves, creates a special and exclusive atmosphere.
The entire property is surrounded by olive groves which have a special impression of calm to every visitor.

The entrance leads to the large open air-conditioned living and dining area with marble fireplace, satellite TV and a cozy sitting area.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with electric cooker, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, crockery and cutlery, etc. It has also a porch.
Here on the ground floor there is also a bedroom with two beds and a bathroom with shower and toilet.

The internal staircase leads to the upper floor. There are three more bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and private bathroom with shower and whirlpool tub. The other two bedrooms have two single beds. Another large bathroom with bathtub and a washing machine is located on this floor.

Each room has a balcony, the bedrooms are air-conditioned with stunning views of the sea and the mountains, and all rooms. The use of air conditioners in the bedrooms is included in the price.
