Location and Description
Villa Fengari is located diagonally below the Fengari Villa Ilios in an angle of 45° clockwise. The parking lot next to the house is on the level of the middle floor. The sun terrace and swimming pool are on a separate layer on the southwest side. Between all the buildings and terraces, there are intermediate levels with lawns and ornamental plants. "Fengari" is the Greek word for "moon".

Villa Fengari Villa is located on the north coast of Crete, in the traditional village Maroulas It is situated on a hillside near the town of Rethymnon and the long sandy beaches. The distance to the nearest beach is 4 km.

Description of the house
Behind the main entrance of each villa on the middle floor is the living area. On its front side are the dining area and the open-plan kitchen.
In each living area there is satellite flat screen color TV, DVD and CD player, 2 air conditioning units and a fireplace. Firewood is available (except in high summer). From the living area 2 large glass doors lead to the spacious balcony.
