Location and Description
Villa Sunset is situated outside the village Skouloufia in the high grounds with beautiful views of the sea, the mountains, Rethymnon and the surrounding countryside. The site is reachable from the country road via a sand road. On a 4000 m2 large ground two houses were built in sufficient distance offset against each other so that one does not disturb the other. There is an adequate parking lot and two large gardens surrounding the houses.
The two similarly constructed two-storey houses have been built in traditional style using natural stone, wood and ceramics. The system gives an impression of calm and peace.
On all balconies, verandas and sun terraces there are sunbeds and umbrellas, also each villa has a playground, a 40 square meters large swimming pool, a brick oven and a brick barbecue.
Villa Sunset ist an der Nordküste der Insel Kreta, nahe dem traditionellen Dorf Skouloufia östlich der Stadt Rethymnon und nahe den Sandstränden von Sfakaki und Stavromenos gelegen. Der nächste Strand ist in nur 8 km entfernt.
Villa Sunset offers 120 sqm living space on two floors, has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The house can accommodate up to 7 persons.
