It is located near the town of Rethymnon and even closer to the long sandy beaches of Stavromenos and Sfakaki. The house is built on flat ground, surrounded by tranquil olive groves. From the terrace you can actually see the sea in the distance. We offer it because of its solid quality and variety of equipment as a non expensive alternative.

Description of the house
The villa is architecturally modern designed in single-storey bungalow style. The pleasant location overlooking gardens and the historical Byzantine Church of Agios Dimitrios creates a relaxed atmosphere.
