Villa Lambros is located on the north coast of Crete, which is also called the pearl of the Mediterranean, situated in the quiet village of Agios Konstantinos, which belongs to the municipality Roustika. It is located near the town of Rethymnon and even closer to the long sandy beaches of Episkopi. The house is built on flat ground, surrounded by tranquil olive groves. The house has not much of a sea view. We offer it nevertheless because of its solid quality and variety of equipment as a non expensive alternative.

Description of the house
The villa is architecturally designed in a modern Cretan style. The pleasant location with a panoramic view of mountains and olive groves, creates a special and relaxed atmosphere.

The country house Villa Lambros in Rethymnon on the ground floor has a large living room with dining area and a breakfast bar separated by a large and fully equipped kitchen. The living room has a fireplace and a veranda. There is also one of the three satellite TV and DVD player. The ground floor also contains a spacious bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

The internal staircase leads to the upper floor. There are three more bedrooms, one double, one single bed and cot, and one with a bunk bed for two grown-ups or children. There is also a bathroom upstairs. The bedrooms lead onto balconies or covered porches.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery (x 12) and with modern electrical appliances.
Villa Lambros offers four bedrooms, two bathrooms and is suitable for up to 7 persons.

All rooms are large and air conditioned, which is important in Crete in the summer.

Washing machine, iron, ironing board, hair dryers, etc. are available. Cleaning, linen and towel change 2 times per week. Pool cleaning is done every two days. The water is cleaned automatically.

Villa Lambros has a large garden with barbecue and private parking.
